/ Sustain­ability & SAFETY

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

At Ashcroft, we don’t just talk about sustainability, we work towards it every day at our sites around the world. For example, our European manufacturing site in Baesweiler is certified to the international environmental management standard ISO 14001.

We are currently converting our fleet of company vehicles exclusively to electric and hybrid drive. We are digitalising our processes at full speed, not only to make ourselves more efficient and leaner, but also to significantly conserve important resources such as water and paper.

We offer all European employees the opportunity to participate in the job bike programme in order to make their daily commute to and from work environmentally friendly as well.

SAFETY CULTURE

We care about safety every day. We share a culture of safety among our people and processes to protect our customers’ profits. Our Ashcroft team is committed to working safely and with the highest standards of integrity and environmental protection. Quarterly safety testing, a safety committee, emergency preparedness and first aid teams are just some of the ways we make safety a top priority. Our employees receive continuous training.
